What’s Included in a BBQ
Our barbecue caterers provide, a 3x3mtr open sided gazeboto cook and serve from (BBQ’s can be served inside with easy access), you get a chef and chef’s assistant as required, serving tables with linen table cloths, quality disposable crockery and cutlery, napkins, a selection of sauces and set up and clean up after service has finished.
BBQ Service Times
Our BBQ caterers service is based roughly around a 1 – 2 hours of service from your serve time depending on number of guests we usually find this is ample time to serve everyone and for seconds too, whilst complying to the EHO guidelines. Extended service times are fine and must be pre-arranged. Once service is complete including any seconds too we will collect in our plates, serviettes and knives and forks.
